How to Use Chalk & Drop Chalk in Gakuran

Equip chalk, interact with a chalkboard, then draw. To drop unused chalk, hold it and press Backspace on PC (Delete on Mac), or use the item menu Drop action when shown.

Draw on a chalkboard

  1. Get a piece of chalk into your inventory.
  2. Equip the chalk.
  3. Interact with a chalkboard and draw, write, or sketch on its surface.
  4. Optionally switch chalk colors for multi-color drawings. Nearby players can see the board, and drawings stay until erased.

Groups can draw on the same board together for notes, lessons, diagrams, or collaborative art.

Drop chalk from your inventory

To get rid of chalk you no longer want, hold it and press Backspace on PC or Delete on Mac. You can also select chalk and choose Drop from the item menu when shown. That is separate from erasing a chalkboard drawing. See how to drop items in Gakuran for the full steps and Roblox note.

Erase the board

Use a Chalk Eraser to clear drawings and free space for new work. The synced guide does not list every spawn or purchase path for chalk and erasers — follow the labels in the current build.
