How to Report

To report people who broke the rules in Gakuran, first ensure that they broke one of the following rules:

• Explicit Drawings
• Permanent Trapping Players
• Prolonged Carrying of Other Players
• Infinite Holding
• Throwing individuals into the void
• Bug Abuse
• Exploiting
• Extreme Harassment

Please note that: W+Sing is no longer bannable, unless it is an intentionally sexual act and not an act of toxicity.

When you report a player, you need three things. The first two, come in the form of a clip (short video recorded capturing the rule break). Within the clip, ensure that it clearly captures the rule break occur with the person's name, and that you then open the left player list and show their name as it corresponds to their username.

The third thing that is necessary for a proper report, is that the clip is uploaded somewhere. When reporting, it requires you submit a link as evidence; so, ensure that you have one.

After that, please make sure that you are in the Gakuran Support Server and fill out the required fields in the report embed. For the use “Username” field, make sure it's the person BEING reported, not YOU.

If it says they are no longer taking reports to focus on the ones they have: It means that the support server is full. There is not an announcement for when they re-open; however, it re-opened on a daily basis, just stay diligent.
